Shamel’s collaboration with photographer Alex Apt has been in process for the past several years.
The work embodies human expression through physical emotion inside of very intense climates and natural landscapes.

How the the human-form in its bare can mold and transform in/with nature.
How they can co exist and create a harmonious joining.
How this joining can evoke a physical emotion that transforms the perspective of the body and the space.
Through our intense work together, we’ve realized that there are many options as to how we can share our art with others.
